Strategic Planning 2019-2024 is underway at CRKN. Understanding the ongoing and developing needs of our stakeholder community is an essential component of this strategic plan.

We invite you to complete the following survey. Your responses are completely anonymous and we encourage you to respond candidly. No personal information is required to complete the survey. Any personal data will be used for administrative purposes only however, a summary of findings may be presented publicly. For questions, please contact Rebecca Ross at rross@crkn.ca.

Multiple submissions from the same institution are welcome. Please forward to anyone in your institution or in your network who might be interested in participating.
